The S&P 500 SPX, +0.00% was up 0.3% to 2,916. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, -0.17% picked up 32 points, or 0.1%, to 26,484. The Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.19% climbed 0.6% to 8,046.
