Acquiring them on eBay can be especially dangerous.

According to an agency warrant, an eBay buyer reported that they’d bought Skald-branded diet pills they believed were made by a legitimate manufacturer, Beldt Labs. Shortly after they began taking them, they consented to a random drug screen for their employer; it came back positive for methamphetamine.
