Digital Business Consultant questions assumptions and requirements, assesses needs, finds gaps, and works closely with subject matter experts to detail requirements, features, and user stories.
Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts Identify risks, constraints, dependencies and assist in the development of roll-out plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure a successful roll-out. Develop a deep understanding of current business processes and collaborate with partners within the division on continuous improvement initiatives.
The role works in close collaboration with Lab team to enable planning and execution of discovery sessions, business requirements, development of business cases, writing and maintaining user documentation, drafting, and performing user acceptance testing, and supporting product roll-out plans.
