AI/R Group, a digital services conglomerate that helps corporate clients deploy AI tools, is planning a public market debut for the second half of 2025.
AI/R Group has not yet filed an S-1 document to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Rockenbach said, explaining the company will watch for market signals and interest rate cuts to decide specific IPO timing. He said AI/R Group has been working with bankers on the process for the last two years, but declined to say who.
But analysts are optimistic about next year. There are a few IPOs on the horizon, including Cerebras, a next-gen chipmaker, which is reportedly looking to hold its IPO because of concerns over foreign investment from U.S. regulators.
