The former convenience store in Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton is to be transformed into a children’s daycare centre.
Josh Hyde, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “There was a good level of interest in the property once it became available earlier this year as it offered scope for a wide range of potential uses. “The property is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment to make it suitable for their needs.
