The notice follows a complaint submitted to the Public Protector by the Economic Freedom Fighters Deputy President Floyd Shivambu.has served Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan with a Section 7 notice inviting the Minister to respond to potentially detrimental implications against him.

The public protector& nation must be reminded that EFF went to open fraud, corruption & money laundering against Pravin Gordhan based on fake news& false information that shamed the EFF integrity & leadership!!!!! Pravin was a winner in that case& EFF shamed!!!!!

Big question for the public protector when did EFF made those complaints against Pravin Gordha,were the complaints made after they failed to provide the law enforcement & court with corruption evidence again Gordhan?
