I phoned another yesterday and they said they’d got two in, and that I could have one.” Kim Kardashian and Olivia Rodrigo are among celebrities recently pictured enjoying a pint of the black stuff and have been credited with fuelling a Guinness renaissance among younger pub-goers.

“It was probably like 30 per cent of sales around this time last year and it’s gone up to 40 per cent. Just in draft, it’s like maybe 70 per cent of sales.”
