'I started working there on December 1 three years ago and with the busiest day of the year coming up, and I said to one of the girls with kids'want me to cover for you?' so she can have Christmas with her family. 'All the managers said I could but it's so so busy and they wondered if I was ready to do it and honestly it was so easy - I just got on with it from the age of 16.'
