Nicholas Ninow admitted to raping a 7-year-old girl in a toilet cubicle at a Dros restaurant in Pretoria in 2018.
Ninow has also been found guilty of being in possession of drugs, defeating the ends of justice but not guilty of assault. Ninow’s grandmother, Pauline Gericke, was among those who attended judgment proceedings in his rape case in the High Court in Pretoria. She listened attentively as members of the African National Congress Women’s League called her grandson names.
