Ramabulana, who played the role of Vho-Nenzhelele, died at a hospital in Polokwane on Sunday.

Muvhango actress, Murabeli Rasalanavho, says there were plans for Ramabulana’s character in the coming season. “Production has lost a character which is not replaceable. Samson Ramabulana played Vho Nenzhele in a very particular way where no one can replace him and as production, we are mourning his death in a very difficult way. We don’t know what to do because the storyline that we are about to shoot now, the production had him in its mind.”

Meanwhile, Kingsley Ramabulana, who plays Vhangani, says losing a brother who was also a colleague has negatively affected him. “It has a very big impact in my life because he was an inspiration. He was a leader. He has done so many things in my life, so that I can be where I am today and we will never have such a person like him in the near future. We will just remember him by his work, what he has done in life and what he has contributed to other people’s lives.”
