If Kickstarter became a union company, it would be the first of the major tech companies to do so. The company has a chance to show which side it’s really on

The majority of workers at crowdfunding site Kickstarter have now asked their company to voluntarily recognize a union. Kickstarter has previously made it clear that it opposes unionization and will actively fight against it. Now, Kickstarter has a chance to do the right thing and unionize.

It’s the company’s right to oppose a union if they so choose. And they can make a counteroffer to the employees before they vote for one. There’s no “Automatic Right” to a Union. TriggeredTV HaydenHewitt graemebooth LouDobbs TeamCavuto
