Disruption to distribution models and demographic shifts in where people live has forced even the biggest retailers to rethink their plans for the future.This week, Ikea Canada president Michael Ward joins host Emily Jackson to discuss how Ikea is evolving for the digital world. Despite the shakeup, 31 million people walked through the doors of an Ikea in Canada last year.
