KUALA LUMPUR: Health beverage company Good Morning Global has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Wanita MCA to raise funds for Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC).

The MoU was signed between Wanita MCA national chairman Datuk Heng Seai Kie and Good Morning Global Sdn Bhd founder Datuk Dr Lim Sin Boon.

"This programme is to enable Wanita MCA to obtain donations to help raise funds for TAR UC and to help students here to enjoy affordable tuition fees, even though the allocation of funds for TAR UC was previously withheld by the Pakatan Harapan government. Also present at the MOU signing ceremony were TAR UC board of governors' chairman Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, Good Morning Global advisor Tan Sri Dr Ting Chew Peh and TAR UC president Prof Dr Lee Sze Wei.

"Our training needs are very crucial to develop the necessary manpower needed by the industry," he said.
