Coca-Cola is discontinuing its Odwalla brand and selling a refrigerated trucking fleet that delivered the beverage.A company spokespersonthat Coca-Cola ultimately "couldn't figure out the cost-effectiveness" of continuing to sell the beverage.
"It really is the result of consumers changing what they want so rapidly," the spokesperson said. "By freeing up those assets, we can reinvest those costs in what consumers want today."The company announced on Wednesday that it would discontinue the smoothie and juice brand, along with a refrigerated trucking fleet used to the drinks along with Simply and Fairlife beverages, at the end of July.

The spokesperson further confirmed to the Wall Street Journal Odwalla's discontinuation would result in a total of 300 job cuts at the company. Coca-Cola plans to sell its fleet of 230 refrigerated trucks, the spokesperson said.

best known for small bottles, high prices, and HUGE amounts of added sugar. If fruit is real, why so much sugar added The low/no sugar versions were too late, and major markets did not give them the shelf space. (62% of day's sugar in 1 drink)

Yea Coca Cola thought they could keep Odwalla on pace with Nakéd. They were mistaken.
It was overpriced and it didn't taste all that great.
