PaulaPodcast viciouscyclepmd So glad PMDD is having some light shed on it. I'm currently on the long road to diagnosis and getting help. My first Dr didn't seem to even knowledge there was something worse than PMS and she didn't listen. So glad I found a Dr that did though. It's not easy.

PaulaPodcast viciouscyclepmd Just listen to the PMDD feature. I had this in my 40’s and thought I was going mad. I had my ovaries removed and was so much better afterwards. My Endocrinologist in Leeds knew some women had huge problems and advised it. It was a turning point in my life. So much better after.

PaulaPodcast viciouscyclepmd Not formally diagnosed but a wonderful prescribing nurse at my practice suggested taking the contraceptive pill without a break. Changed my life. Still have anxiety and occasional wobbles but nothing near the monthly issues
