I started my business a few years before the pandemic. I've seen 3 phases: 1. Clients slashed budgets 2. Clients opened up budgets thinking Covid hysteria was over. 3. Clients re-tightened budgets get ready for the long term slump.
pandemics are not a “good time” for anything.
Anyone can do it if I can go from homelessness to Wall Street.
Nothing or nobody can stop the American dream.
This is the kind of reaction we need to keep saying.
It is unfortunate and very sad that so many businesses have been forced to close, but I do believe a crisis like this also forces us to think differently, behave differently and maybe even be more compassionate towards each other.
Food ,hygiene ,medicine , Research , Care in the community Welfare , supply chains , Communications , transport , Maintenance and providers Electricity ,Gas , Water , Highways , Maintenance and buildings . The list is endless
It's what we do. We innovate. We would do it much better with decent and reasonable leadership. Vote for Biden/Harris. Mask up. Care for all. =

Title is dead at birth when considered logically. It is early to say so.
Not insane at all. Possibly the best time to start. Recognize the risks but there is a heck of a lot of opportunity for those prepared to take the initiative and more importantly build off their own skill sets. They might otherwise have been held back by ‘job security’ mentality.
