99% of small companies under pay women who do the same role/job that men do🤔🤯 The gender gap is substantially higher. To really understand, government should ask employees, Sector, Job Title, Annual wage/salary before tax. Then will they truly understand the gap.
Here’s an idea, women should work more hours, get the same qualifications and be as competent as a male in the same job and wow, look at that, problem fuckin solved. 🤬🖕🏻
