PETALING JAYA: Jaringan Prihatin Programme is a commitment by the government to ensure that no one is left behind in the national digital agenda, says Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.

The Finance Minister said this during his opening speech at the launch of Jaringan Prihatin by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in Putrajaya on Wednesday .

“The Jaringan Prihatin Programme is part of the inclusive national digital agenda to ease the burden of the BPR recipients for either the monthly data plans or to lower the cost of buying mobile devices, ” said Tengku Zafrul. “I also thank the telcos, Khazanah Nasional Berhad and PwC as the manager of this project for making this initiative a success, ” said Tengku Zafrul.
