Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte has called on owners and operators of business establishments in the city to comply with the Safety Seal certification program of the national government.

By signing Executive Order No. 13 S. 2021, Belmonte enjoined all establishments to apply for a Safety Seal, which they can get by complying with the minimum health protocols, including the use of the city’s accredited contact tracing app KyusiPass.

“In turn, we expect that this will increase customer confidence and positively affect everyone’s livelihood and our economy,” Belmonte said in a statement Saturday.
