I think this is good. So many people post negative reviews hurting company’s reputation because they do not get exactly what they want even if they are being unreasonable.

kuku27 This is one, personal experience but Google is full of so many shortcomings, it is to be experienced to be believed. It asks me such ridiculous questions, I feel like giving it a good dose but professional ethics come in way. It must mend its ways to avoid collision 1/2

If they’re the kind of customer that didn’t even give the business a chance, then they deserve this. Otherwise this sounds like the business is flexing their resources to make a bad name for themselves…. Publicly.
The suit should be tossed by the judge as baseless
On one hand, they left the review after speaking to someone and not even having any work done, which seems a tad unfair. On the other hand, don't be a company that serves the public if you don't want to risk negative reviews. This company has summoned the Streisand Effect.
