There is already an APP that was developed by CHEO for this purpose. Why reinvent the wheel! CANISIM

There is another app already being used by several PHUs - CanImmunize - and even Rexall BeWell app keeps track of immunizations rec'd at their outlets. Lots of options with very little dev needed
