The Biden administration is making billions of dollars available to drugmakers to scale up domestic production of COVID-19 vaccines in the hopes of building capacity to produce an additional 1 billion shots per year to share with the world.

I sure hope that there is a watchdog to ensure that the drugmakers who are raking in billions of dollars of unanticipated profits are paying their fair share of taxes. I am happy to give them money to do good but do good for the rest of your country. How about that?
