I thought you guys knew something about economics and business. You clearly don't.

Here’s the problem with trying to compare how much any two individuals make: in many jobs, the salary is derived from a large number of variables including the job market at the time of hire, raises given during particular years, etc.

Why choose white american men as the high bar when Asian American men earn more than white American men?

I certainly agree that equal work should be equal pay. I'm sick of news sources and other media outlets focusing on race and gender.

Fix the IQ gap first, then esrnings will follow.

The fact that engineers make more then house cleaners is a travesty. That's pure racism and sexism. If Latina women were engineers and white males were cleaning hotel rooms you'd see a complete reversal of salary structures. BlueWave

Why would a rational business executive hire a white man if he costs more than a Latina woman, all else =? Clearly something else is driving the wage gap, such as total hours worked or education, experience or skills gaps? Focus on the real causes rather than race and gender
