The contract calls for $70,710 — with a 10 % contingency fee — for which the firm will create a general vision and suggest public improvements.Jarr, Village Manager Julia Cedillo, ranking members of village staff, and several Village Board members will be in attendance, as will a representative from Sam Schwartz, Franny Ritchie.

As Jarr mentioned, creating a sense of place for the area is a key goal, as are improving accessibility, promoting mobility and safety, and fostering a sustainable environment. As of yet, Sam Schwartz has no formal plans, but Jarr said they expect a draft plan by early Fall of 2022.
