Two more retail units taken on by growing menswear retailer Wise Guys, which now has a total of six stores across the Midlands. Commercial property agents FHP have confirmed the letting of retail units in the town centres of Newark and Chesterfield.
The business has teamed up with their sister brand Wise Girls for this bigger space on Stodman Street, so that they can provide a men and women's offering. The business has also taken on a store on Packers Row, Chesterfield, which was a former Greenwoods. "Chesterfield is a great new location for us and the increased size in Newark means we can add to the range, expand the formalwear side and introduce our sister company Wise Girls.” FHP acted on behalf of the separate landlords on both properties.
