At $1200/mo, it's obviously a 'no'. Very few can. Such an absurd question made it easy for him to dodge. 'Will you commit to helping us understand why just a 5% raise?' woulda been less 'gotcha'.
It's not just that it's 'the amount ODSP provides recipients'. It's what the Ontario government decrees that ODSP recipients must live on for the rest of their life. They are forbidden to earn more than $200 extra with paid work of any kind.
