New passenger car registrations in Spain increased in October for the third consecutive month, to 67,604 . However, the market situation is still challenging as the number of new registrations during the first ten months of the year, decreased by 6.5% year-over-year to 681,513.According to, some 6,755 new plug-in electric cars were registered in October , which is 10.0% of the market.

The result could be better, but plug-in hybrids noted a 5% decline to 3,986.
