Qualifying Arizonans who bought or leased the vehicles marketed as “clean diesel” will receive up to $625 per affected vehicle under the consent judgment, which is still pending court approval. The judgment covers 15 different models from as early as 2009 to as late as 2016. Qualifying consumers can receive the Arizona restitution even if they have already received money from nationwide class-action settlements, the AG’s office said.
