Why not just make directors liable for their businesses. Prosecute them when they are behaving unlawfully.

I presume the Company Registry already maintains a register of directors! ((If it doesn't, what purpose does it serve?). That being said, I fail to understand this new layer of bureaucracy. Is it simply socialist control freakery? ellymelly, MRobertsQLD
