San Jose Mayor-elect Matt Mahan is not in favor of imposing new taxes on businesses but is open to a look at potential incentives for developers. Mahan made these points and more during an exclusive interview with the Silicon Valley Business Journal on Dec. 19. The SVBJ published the full interview on Friday, two days before Mahan becomes the 66th mayor of the Bay Area's largest city.
