The car, which looks like a big go-kart, was made for schools. phoenix

Jan 18, 2023

“What is unique about this car, it was made for schools, “ Ramirez said. “There’s a lot of labs out there, but they don’t build a car. And there’s a lot of electric cars out there that can hurt a kid.” Bratton has been involved in many parts of the build process. Although the work has been tough, he’s had a couple of wins along the way.

An electric vehicle requires less maintenance than a gasoline-powered counterpart. Some of the maintenance requirements for a gas car are frequent oil changes and exhaust system repairs. An electric vehicle has fewer moving parts, and most don’t require constant upkeep. “With the electric vehicle, I help them make sure that they kind of have everything they need, or at least try to make sure they have everything they need,” Ferguson said. “So that’s kind of a lot of the stuff that I’ve been doing right now. But it’s kind of chill for now.”
