The 23-story Class AA officer tower in Plano, developed in conjunction with Ryan Companies and Gensler, will house the new global headquarters of North Texas-based Ryan, LLC.

What is the ownership structure for this project? Ryan companies is the sponsor, developer, and owner of the project. Koch Real Estate Investments provided joint venture equity capital. ACORE Capital provided a loan for construction financing.There was an acceleration of trends that was already happening but was accelerated by Covid.
