Reactionary policies are a recipe for disaster, some problems are better addressed before they are full blown. We had USD(water), introduced Bond Note (Fire) and now he is speaking of dousing a Fire (Bond Note) with a Fire (ZimDollar) when we have ran out of Water (USD)
It won't be worth the paper it's printed on.. toliet paper probably has a higher value than the zim currency
