QuickCheck: Are housewives getting RM480 in aid from the Finance Ministry?

A VIRAL video has been making its rounds on social media saying that the Finance Ministry has launched a programme to give out RM480 in financial aid to housewives.The Finance Ministry, in a statement on its Facebook page, has denied that it is involved in any such programme.
