cryptonews: A $200 million DeFi theft may have been the work of infamous North Korean hackers.👀

According to blockchain intelligence firm Chainalysis, a small amount of Ether stolen from Euler Finance was sent to an address that had received funds stolen by the Lazarus Group in the $625 million hack of the Axie Infinity game's Ronin Bridge.sanctioningAnd, some of the funds used to launch the Euler attack came from a Tornado Cash account. Then some of the stolen crypto was moved back through it.

For one thing, the transfer from the Euler Finance hackers wallet was just 100 ETH, worth about $170,000.

There is no Internet in North Korea

It is crazy how many flash loan attacks there have been and people just keep trusting lending protocols. Then there’s also the centralised lending platforms like blockfi and Celsius going under! Lending/borrowing might be one of the most risky investments in crypto!

it was not Lazarus they were trolling by sending funds to lazarus we found this out days ago how did you just now publish this after they sent an on chain message wanting to return funds. this is actually such a bad look, last time i checked lazarus does not negotiate lol

Lol first comments I've seen are hackers or scammers. Be safe out there more traps than a mario game!

Don't be fooled, it's most likely our government pretending that foreign countries did it. More money laundering. This seems to happen quite a bit and this way nobody is held accountable.
