London-based investment research firm Third Bridge Group is opening a Dallas office in the Victory Park development.

“We have ambitious global growth plans and this is an exciting first step in our new strategy,” he said. “A hub in Dallas will help us provide a more seamless service to our clients and attract the kind of exceptional people who are the bedrock of our business.”

Founded in 2007, Third Bridge provides services to more than 1,000 clients including investment funds, hedge funds, mutual funds and management consultants. Along with its U.S. headquarters, the company has offices in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai that house more than 1,300 employees.

Bill Brokaw and Karch Schreiner with building owner Hillwood negotiated the Third Bridge lease with Travis Boothe, Robbie Baty and Evan Algier of Cushman & Wakefield. Third Bridge is the latest company to lease new offices in the Victory Park development northwest of downtown Dallas. Real estate investment manageris planning a move to the One Victory Park tower, taking almost 38,000 square feet of office space. Architect GFF is eyeing an almost 25,000-square-foot office in the Victory Plaza buildings, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
