A widowed gran has decided to put her luxury seven-bedroom Cornish mansion on the market which she won for £25 on an Omaze raffle.

June Smith, 74, won the biggest ever property in the draw in May and at the time called her children and then opened a bottle of red wine in triumph. The property is now listed on Rightmove just three months later with June saying she has listed it to help her children and grandchildren ‘with the next chapter in their lives’.

‘Winning this house has been an incredible experience, I still can’t believe it all actually happened to me, it still feels so surreal,’ she told‘We all came and stayed together and absolutely love the house and Cornwall – and my six grandchildren have certainly made the most of it.‘I knew winning this house would be life changing for all my family, and that’s why I’ve decided to sell now, as I want to use the money to help all my children and grandchildren with the next chapter in their lives.
