Shares of Lattice Semiconductor Corp.

dropped more than 13% in the extended session Monday after the company beat Wall Street expectations for its third quarter but called for lower current-quarter sales. Lattice earned $54 million, or 38 cents a share, in the third quarter, compared with $46 million, or 33 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Adjusted for one-time items, the company earned 53 cents a share. Sales rose 11% to $192 million.
