The firm said this on the background of its 2019 annual Business Fair themed: ‘Grow Global’ with a view to equiping SMEs with social and technological innovation to grow their businesses amid current economic challenges.

Speaking at a media briefing in Lagos, Chief Executive Officer, Connect Nigeria, Emeka Okafor, said access to funding is not the only hurdle SMEs sector face but the poor knowledge of how to use technology to grow their businesses in a tech-driven world. He said that the fair scheduled to hold on April 26 and 27 2019, would have key players in the economic, social and technology sectors in attendance and key note speeches will be delivered, as well as an interactive panel session, including masterclasses that would be facilitated by pioneers in various industries.

Okafor said: “Participants can explore the many business prospects available while entrepreneurs can learn the skills they need to grow their businesses in today’s tech-driven world.
