At just 23, Madison Stefanis has the world at her feet after building a $4 million business. Four years ago, she was studying a bachelor in business, majoring in entrepreneurship and marketing, when she started her reusable film camera brand, 35mm Co. What started out as a hobby and a love of vintage cameras quickly turned into a fully-fledged operation, which now turns over more than $1 million a year.

Business became easier for her once she started connecting and networking with other founders. In October last year, she appeared on Shark Tank where two investors offered her a $300,00 investment. At the time of filming, her brand had already turned over more than $4 million in sales.
