Most mention questionable business practices, receiving defective products, warranty issues and breach of contract."In October of 2023, I purchased an outdoor kitchen for $16,900 and it was delivered with a broken refrigerator door handle, broken infrared ignitor, broken interior grill lights and no instruction manual.""The company delivered a damaged, possibly used spa when I purchased a brand new one. It is functional but the exterior was scraped up, scratched and looks used.
