Austin-based Tiff's Treats, which delivers cookies, is dipping its toe in the gold trade, packaging a 1-ounce bar with cookies in a 'Bullion Bundle.'

Just when you thought fresh-baked cookies couldn't get any better, Tiff's Treats proves you wrong. The Austin-based cookie delivery business is now serving up your goodies with a side of gold. Dubbed the Bullion Bundle, this deal allows customers to have the gold and the goodies with just one simple order.

Tiff's isn't the only unconventional source for direct-to-consumer gold: Costco, for one, has also taken up the trade. As you'd guess, the bundle doesn't come cheap. Instead of the average $21 charge for a box of cookies, customers will have to shell out around $2,500 for a cookies plus a gold bar, according to Axios. Now, that's a pretty penny for something that's not nearly as tasty as a fresh peanut butter cookie.
