As previously announced, Richard Zimmerman, current president and CEO of Cedar Fair, will serve as president and CEO of the new company, which will be called Six Flags. Selim Bassoul, current president and CEO of Six Flags, will serve as executive chairman of the new company’s board of directors. Gary Mick, who is currently executive vice president and chief financial officer at Six Flags, will become chief integration office of the new company.
