Rocket Logic can do a few things. It can listen in on phone calls between mortgage officer and customers and make notes. It can read through documents. It can even get a head start on filling out loan applications. AI at the end of the day is a tool, said Gray of RV Share. His company still has coders and customers support specialists. But in both cases AI helps do the job faster.
