If he didn't release his tax returns he would get more publicity, although it may be critical.

1/8 candidates so far to meet the requirement in full, yet discussed the least. UBI if funded through a VAT tax of 10%, if you spend less then $120,000 on luxury items, you will be lightly taxed. Mainly a tax on tech like Amazon
