UK car industry future hinges 'not on Brexit, but on batteries'Jaguar Land Rover boss says UK needs batteries made in Britain, or carmakers will leave Which is a real shame that Bolivians aren't likely to benefit from this projection. So why is every idiot blaming the downturn in dirty manufacturing industry on BrExit? Britain has had the best engineers for years so hopefully as electric car production increases then manufacturing batteries for electric cars should be made in Britain and not imported from other countries.
