Why are women not setting up their own businesses and recruiting other women? I am not talking about little shops selling fancy cushions, what about things like Solicitors, engineers, etc where are these all-women businesses?

Until their powers are released and an engine gets new cylinders.

Women in any sector, face sexism almost everywhere..

By other women.
