PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia may consider enacting a law that allows it to take action against Malaysian companies operating overseas that are found guilty of contributing to the haze, says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The Prime Minister said this is specifically for Malaysian companies, with estates in foreign countries who fail to put out fires, causing the haze situation.
