Communities in South West Queensland fear if there is no rain by Christmas, businesses in drought ravaged towns will be pushed beyond breaking point.
“We hear horror stories of people around the district who are at the end of negotiations with their banks… if we don’t get rain by Christmas we’ll see a mass exodus from our business district which would be devastating,” Balonne Airworks owner Samantha O’Toole told Sky News
What's the plan to relocate communities when there is no rain for another 5 years? If we leave it up to the idiot drought envoy then people will just die.
