The country’s biggest blueberry producer, based in Delano, CA, housed guest workers in unsanitary facilities and paid them inadequate wages. Now, it's being fined $3.6 million over worker abuses.

The country’s biggest blueberry producer has been barred from recruiting foreign agricultural guest workers for three years and will have to pay $3.5 million in back wages and penalties as part of a court agreement reached with the U.S. Labor Department.

The ban and fine are among the harshest penalties imposed this year on California growers, who have recruited. Munger and its affiliated companies, Washington-based Sarbanand Farms and Crowne Cold Storage, based in Stockton, did not contest the allegations, according to the Labor Department.

I am out of complimentary articles. I certainly hope this fine is going into the guest workers pockets and not the always open pocket of the government.

Well done!

What names do they sell the berries under I do not recognize that name on any berries I have seen in stores

That is a great start!

Does the money go to workers or attorneys? I know the answer.

Or as the Fox news headline will read: 'Liberal policies force increase in the cost of blueberries. Trump promises to restore the original conditions.'

Construction company building private wall for group with Trump ties wins government contractA company touted by White House officials -- and that's already building sections of border wall for a private group with Trump administration ties -- has been awarded $400 million by the government to design and build part of President Donald Trump's border barrier in Yuma County, Arizona. A fraction of what it costs to track, apprehend, process and return illegals sneeking across the border. Not mention the price that is paid to combat drug cartels and their illicit drug & human trafficking. It's money well spent. script src='//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/onejs?MarketPlace=US&adInstanceId=8ce8b270-d66a-4506-a838-3d5526935ec1'/script Is this why he insisted to build 'the wall'? When I ask my 6 years old sun what do you know about Trump? he spontaneously says: 'We need to build a wall', mimicking Trump's face and expressions.
